I was wondering if anyone knows a place where you can by a Storm without a Verizon plan but still get insurance/warranty on it so that if anything messess up u can send it back to be fixed or get a replacement.

If you have Personal Property insurance, let say from home insurance or renters insurance you can add that to your list of personal items.
