My storm's back and end buttons lately have not been doing (usually) what they're supposed to. This started about a week ago and went away, but it's gradually coming back for longer and longer when it comes back. The problem is that when I press the back button, it launches either the camera or the phone. Whenever I press end, it functions as the menu button; the blackberry/menu button is unaffected. A battery pull does not help at all. Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be and/or how to fix it?
I would try a clean wipe and fresh install of your operating system. If the problem still persists, take it to verizon. If it has been 12 months since you bought the phone they will be able to replace it for free.
