I've read around that you can change the browser on the storm, but, when I go to change mine no drop down menu comes down, and it becomes highlighted in a thick-lined black box. Do I need to download the other browsers? Is something wrong with my phone?
When I click Internet Browser, I'm expecting a dropdown menu with IE and Firefox. Although, when I click, a thick-lined black box surrounds Internet Browser and the dropdown doesn't appear.
You don't want to change the "Internet Browser" (your phone only has one browser installed - the Blackberry broswer - that's why you only get one "option"). The NEXT item down - "Browser Identification" - That's what you want to change to Internet Explorer (or Firefox).
