I tried one at the verizon store tonight and it was doing the same thing. white screen loading, but never did. they brought out another for me to try. it was wonky too but the browser worked anyway. it had the screen clicking problem though.

i tried a bat pull ill try again...also how do you determine if you have a "clicking problem" versus it just being harder in some spots?

If the battery pull doesn't work try the OTA reprogram again by dialing *228 option 1 .. that'll re-register you with the blackberry internet service.
