Looks like the weatherbug app.. I get the same symbol sometimes at night on my phone! the icon changes depending on current conditions

really? thats pretty cool. I just installed WeatherBug and it gives me the degrees along with the little bug in the background. Im honestly surprised there aren't any phones that display the weather along with the time on the main screen of phones.
