hey i have a unlocked blackberry storm 9530 for T-Mobile. The problem that i'm having is that my connection for some reason shutdown and i lose my signal and i have to power down phone. This happens like ever 1 or 2 hours. what do i have to do to fix this problem?

Problem #1 is t-mo lol jk... Your real problem is your radio file... You need to download and install the .90 radio for the phone to function properly.
If not search through CB... Learning this stuff is slightly overwhelming at first but very simple if you find the right tools. Also... make sure you choose the correct model (9500 or 9530).
I have the storm and unlocked for use of Tmobile. I can recieve MMS and SMS. When I use the USB to connect to my pc (vista) the desktop manager shows there is no device conected and there is no pin. On top of that I cant setup my email, everytime I try it says "cannot connect to server." How do I fix this.
