need help..
my blackberry storm is jammed.. cannot turn ON.. the "clock" keeps on turning around... Desktop manager cannot detect the device.. try javaloader, still cannot.. any advice or guidance?

try removing media card and then start up.

forgot to mention, on the screen appear for a while "JVM : Fault"

i've taken out the media card, but still the device stuck in reboot loop... i've taken out the battery n put it back after 30mins for more than 3 times already.. but still it keeps on reboot..

i've tried all the methods.. no new applications installed in the device.. just used it for 2 weeks only.. really need help..

you may have a virus and in that case its one of two options wipe it and reinstall or send it into Verizon or what ever company you bought the device from.

when i try to use the JL_Cmder, i checked the event log and this appeared:

"Connecting to device.......debug : COM error during
Open : <0x80004004>
Error : unable to open port"

anyone knows what does this means?
