hi there i got a Blackberry storm 9530 and the screen does not come on only red light flashes and also when i try to connect it to the PC it wont but when it does i can not see what is on it ?????????????
I tried following the instructions for a bricked blackberry, but since my computer won't recognize it, I'm not sure what step to take next? Can anyone help?
You might try some of the suggestions in the link posted below, but also be sure that the usb cable you are using is for both charging and connecting. Some of the cheaper cables are only for charging.
A friend got my software re-loaded, but now the touch screen is having problems. It will scroll and "select" something, but won't allow me to depress the screen to fully select. Geez!

Screen click issues used to be fairly common with Storms. A couple of possible fixes can be found in the links below. I would recommend trying the fix in the first link.
