I have a BB Storm 9530 Clean ESN but the network is blocked. I have the unlock code, the proble is can't put this code.

I have entered the code in all 10 times now the network is blocked. How do I fix that? How to I get the code accepted... sorry I bought this phone!

I have a Verizon BB tour and the unlock code (my Tour has bad ESN so contact Verizon is out of question) but the network is blocked and no way for me to enter the unlock code (type MEP2 shown nothing)
Can I flash this phone to Metro PCS for releasing the network block so can unlock after flashing? I'm just thinking that this phone is blocked by Verizon but nothing to do with Metro PCS.
*** I already tried, it does not work. I did flash my BB tour to Metro PCS but the network still blocked. FYI, don't waste your time.
