Hello, ths is my 1st time posting. My Storm 1 will not access I-tunes I get an error message: "your device not recognized by BB-media sync.
1. please check to see if media card installed which it is.
2. mass storage mode is turned on which it is.
Try unplugging your usb cable and plug it back in and see if it is recognized then. I starting having to do that after one of the recent media sync releases.
