I have tried to download and install Media Sync several times and each time it finishes downloading windows has an error and it shuts down Blackberry desktop Manager... has anyone else had this problem?

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

just d/l it directly from blackberry's site and it should work fine

do a google search for "blackberry media sync"
