Hi,

I can access the following URL with no problems in the Bolt browser but not in the BB browser:

http://<ip address>:<port>/img/snapshot.cgi (Linksys Wireless Camera image)

I can open the following URL in the BB browser and it opens up the media player for streaming video but I get the message 'An error has occured attempting to play media'. It does not work in the Bolt browser

rtsp://<ip address>:<port>/<access code> (streaming video from Linksys)

It seems that the bb supports rtsp because the media player opens.

Does anyone have an experience with this?

I had the same problem.

Finally I was able to fix it by opening all traffic in the router to the camera's IP address. instead of creating specific forwarding.It is not the safest way, to prevent somebody getting into your system, but it does work.

Also, cleaning the cache and power cycling you BB will be necessary.
