Is there a better media player for the storm? I'd like to be able to rate songs, modify the EQ so it will actually sound good, and get ALL of my album artwork to show.

    TIA

I listen to mainly podcasts and audiobooks and would simply like bookmarking capability . . .

I would be interested in a different media player, the one on the storm isnt bad, but I'm sure it could be improved, does anyone know if there is one out there?

    Thanks

I would like bookmarking capability also. In addition, I would like a sleep function so I can fall asleep to music and/or audiobooks.

Well it's unanimous. So any of you old timers have a suggestion?

I want rating capabilities at least since I don't listen to my music much on my pc and was hoping this could be my first real multimedia device. My lg voyager sucked so the storm is a breath of fresh air.

Ya, the first software developer to make a decent media player for music and video will make a fortune!
Bookmarks for video and podcasts are a must.

    I'm using the BB Storm

I'd be interested in a media player that will allow me to rewind a bit, i.e., go back variable or 5-10-30 seconds, etc. I listen to a lot of podcasts and find this invaluable on an Ipod.

I don't think the Storm's media player does rewind...just skip to beginning or to next music file.

I have been able to rewind some pod casts but not others. Weird because it is the same pod cast just different episodes.
They need to work this out.

Podtrapper bookmarks podcasts or any mp3 you care to play. It's nice that it keeps the boomarks even with frequent battery pulls.
