haha ok on to the question. It seems like there is no real beat way. We have a 3 line family plan paying $200+ a month and have had Verizon for 10+ years. The main line is due for an upgrade in Feb 2009. I tried a few different days and a few different numbers and no one would do anything. I haven't tried to threaten to cancel yet which might be the best way to get your upgrade.
