what is the best free program to convert avi (and other formats mabye?) to mpeg4 (thats what would be best for the BB's to play right?) and i have files that are what ever format that mac uses when you download them from itunes to a mac. i got a few things i would like on the phone so i can watch them at night when i cant sleep but dont wanna wake my wife up. thanks for the help. (p.s. i do not have a mac, its windows xp.)

I use ipod-video-converter.org to convert my vids to a format my Storm likes.
Freeware with no ads or malware.

thanks. also, anyone know what format it has to be in to put it on a disc and watch it in the dvd player? kinda off the bb subject i know. but i thought if i just burned it as a video dvd it would and now i have a new frisbee.
