I plan on becoming a first time BlackBerry user on February 21st and I apologize if this question has already been answered. I was just wondering if anyone could recommend an actual DVD converter program I could buy thats really good, so I can put movies on my BlackBerry Storm. I tried the free trial of DVD To Go, put a 5 minute clip on my friends Storm and was not impressed. Now Im currently looking at a program called DVD Copy 6 Plus, but Im not sure it will allow me to put such a movie as Transformers on my Storm. Can anyone shed some light to my problem please? Thank you
Thanks camarofever. Is that an actual program I can buy or is it something over the internet? Most the programs I've found over the internet so far make you download online and give you only a year of online coverage
Handbrake has worked really well for me! But u will also need a Decryption Software to remove security from the DVD's....there have been plenty of forums on this, just do a search. Good luck!
But don't any of you hate the fact that you have to buy these programs over the internet and they only come with a 1 year service coverage? I honestly hate that, because what if my computer crashes outside the 1 year mark. I'm out $40-50 bucks.
you can also try anydvd and clonedvd mobile from slysoft......anydvd decrypts the movie and clonedvd mobile converts it to whatever file extension you need......I don't know about getting a new password if your computer crashes, but you get updates for new dvd encryptions for life.....hope this helps you out.........
My sisters fiance has a program called PQ DVD to Zune Video Suite that he uses for his Storm and it works really well, but that's like $45-48 bucks with a 1 year coverage. The good thing about it is you don't need a decrypter, it converts anything and you can crop what you want in and out of the video.
