BES deleted email sync issue
- My company uses a BES with Outlook and Exchange as our primary email system. I have a user with a Storm that's having an unusual issue.
If he deletes emails from Outlook.. they do not delete from the phone. If he deletes them from the phone, they do delete from outlook. I've checked all his settings, and they look fine. I have a blackberry that I use for work and his settings match mine and mine has been working fine. This feature was working when he first activated the phone but for some reason it has stopped working.
Any ideas short of doing another enterprise activation?
I know he doesn't sync with a cable. We always advise people not to even install the desktop software.02-12-09 09:18 AMLike 0
