    I've been going to Option, Advance, Enterpise Activation, and I keep getting the message, "The Blackberry Enterprise Server has not responded to your activation request. An error may have occurred."

    Before I write back to the BES administrators, is there something else I should be doing with my phone? The IT is not offering specific device support. All I really wanna do is have access to my exchange email & calendar.

    For reconnecting with BES, the best method is to install Desktop Manager on a Work PC (if your can) and set it up for Enterprise E-mail. Then whenever you load an OS, or wipe your phone, all you have to do is reconnect to that PC and launch DM. It will Synch to your BES automatically.

    It is possible this is restricted by your BES admins, so it may not work and you would have to deal with them.
