i ordered a USB cord for my storm, and i downloaded the latest version of BDM and everything.. i plugged in the storm into a port that i was using for my old phone, and my computer doesnt recognize it. it wont even charge, at first it shows that its charging, then it goes away. and when i open the blackberry device manager properties under connection options it says that COM3 is disconnected. i really need to get this working because im paying the $30 for the unlimited data plan with AT&T and i cant even browse the net or sign into any IM's.
