Need more details... What OS (Options > About)? How often? How many apps do ya have installed? What theme? How much memory (Options > Memory)?

About how long does it take from a battery pull till it starts to act up?

Also, when you use apps are ya in the habit of closing them properly when finished using them?

Weatherbug is known to have memory issues for some folks, not sure about Poynt. Every couple days with weatherbug does not surprise me. Ya might install QuickPull Lite (its free) and schedule it to reset every morning. Or maybe consider a different weather app, I personally use BBWeather and make it at least 4-5 days before mine starts acting app, and I have more apps than you do .

Oh... You can also try setting Weatherbug to update less often and see if that helps as well.

    Good luck

I am having the same problem. I know facebbok is causing a leak for me. I saw somewhere that slacker was also a mem leak. Is that true?

I use FB regularly, don't find it to be a problem... wouldn't matter if it was, I would still use it. FB is my means of staying in touch with family when I'm traveling. Can't offer any advise with slacker, don't use it.

There is a topic by patches on how to optimize your memory, here's a link to another one as well (contains a link to patches thread): Useful Threads to Resolve Memory Issues!!!!

Might need a replacement. None of what u listed seems out of the ordinary/causal. Cd try backup > wipe > reload OS as described in @ least 1 of threads in above link but i wd contact VZW tech support @ 1 800 922 0204. They're great imo.

Unfamiliar w/. I just manually monitor app memory/pull battery & try 2 follow best practices.

Try installing the .151 OS. After I installed .151 I can go a week or so without a battery pull. I ended up taking the Facebook app off of my phone because of the leak, it wasn't unbearable but a pain nonetheless. I just use the mobile e web page.
