My storm wont turn on and when i take the battery off and try to plug in to car charger it will not turn on


btw there is no led light either

I also had this a couple of weeks ago. It scared the little Jesus out of me. But it sounds like your battery is completely drained. Try to keep it charging from a wall socket for at least 30 min., it should come back to life.
Make sure, that you are using an original BB charging cable, not any cheap stuff from ebay or comparable.

Sounds like a bad battery or phone died. I would take it back to the store you got it at.

try the USB cable........plug into the computer and then the Storm see if it brings it to life.....sometimes it works.

how long should i leave it to charge for

If it doesn't charge with the wall charger then I don't think it will charge with the USB charger. What did you buy off of ebay?

yea i was messing around with it i changed the theme 30 hours earlier then left it to charge. i was editing my contact information on the phone and then it froze so i pulled the battery. it froze (this time on the boot screen with the little clock) again so i pulled the battery. when i restarted the red led came on and nothing on the screen; so being annoyed i pushed the power button and nothing happened. no red led no sound nothing on the screen. The storm did nothing.

Please any help would be appreciated


BTW the theme i installed was android slide

and the firmware version was 4.7.78 (to the best of my knowledge)
