If anyone could help me, that would be great. I just bought a storm for verizon, and just now I tried to install the BlackBerry desktop software. The disk that came with the phone would not work (an error popped up saying something like cant be installed using this device or somethign like that). I then tried downloading off the web, but that didnt work (im not sure I was even trying to download the right version).
My computer is an HP and runs on windows vista....dont know if that plays a factor or not.
Any help, ideas, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
