When I insert my home, car, or usb charger I am getting a message that it cannot charge my battery. It is doing this on both of my batteries. It has gotten more frequent over the last few months. Now I cannot get it to charge at all. Any ideas?
You probably were too rough with the USB connection on the Storm and twisted the connection too much where it is not making connection well.
What is the exact message and were do you get it?
You might try putting it in eally straight and press it in a bit harder or try twisting it a bit or slanting it a bit in or out or left or right to see if it makes a connection. But doing this may also make it worse if the connection is already bad.
But it sounds like the USB connection giving you a problem.
Could be a malfunction with the phone itself, bad battery, bad connector. First thing to do would be try to get a hold of another Storm battery, pop it in and see if it starts charging.
