Every time I try and backup with DM Mananger, I get an error message. I tried clearing my browser cache but that did not work either; I keep getting the same error message. Each time the error message appears when attempting to backup "RMS Databases." Any suggestions? Thank you.
This will sound real basic, but have you pulled the battery (while the phone is powered on) as well as re-booted the PC? If not, that will likely fix your troubles. If you have already done that, your likely to have the next post say, un-install and re-install DM.
