I never got this on my phones, however I never have had a phone like the storm....are ya'll going with the extra 5 bucks a month?
also, am I getting this right? the 79.99 bundled package is the same exact thing as the 450(39.99) minutes plan with data email(29.99) bundled together for $10 more? lol am I missing something?
The $79 package includes BES, with a $5 discount from the non-bundled price. The BES plan is normally $45 while the BIS plan is $30. You'll probably want to go the non-bundled route with the BIS addon, unless you need BES.

My wife dropped her phone a while back. Called Verizon and said I had to pay full price cause her camera lens was cracked. Asked if I had insurance told them yes, and got a new phone the next day and only paid $50. The insurance is totally worth it.
One this BB I think you should go for the insurance. I can only imagine what a replacement screen costs...Ask someone that dropped an iphone (that insurance wasn't an option for)
