Can anyone tell me how to successfully archive gmail messages on a blackberry and have that archive reflected on the computer? I checked out another thread but the instructions were contradictory and I couldn't get it to work. I think I already have the enhanced gmail app (I can use labels, etc, but it doesn't make the label changes on the messages in gmail) but it doesn't seem to be working. What settings do I need to turn on?
If you have the Enhanced G-mail app, it should work as advertised... choose Archive (or Labels) and it will appear on your desktop version when you refresh your inbox/mail.
I didn't find any other options that would have to be checked.
