Before I continue, I have searched around and haven't found help with this or even knew how to describe the issues I am having so I apologize in advanced. I have tried installing both Windows Live Messenger several times without success. I click the download button, it installs saying it needs to reboot. Once it reboots, I click on the icon and it does the download all over again and says do you want to override the current version? I have also tried deleting the app all together, refresh the apps list, redownload with the same results. What is going on or what am I doing wrong here? Doesn't make sense to me! On the Windows Messenger it now says downgrade instead of install. What does downgrade mean?
