    After months of disapointment of owning a Storm I'm trying to get Vodafone to own up to releasing a phone to early and release me from my contract. They say they want to fix my phone though...wonder what version software they'll upgrade me to!?

    Has anyone had any success with complaints?

    Nope you have to suffer it out - at least with verizon after taking two of their phones you can ask for a different one

    How long do you have to trade your current phone in with verizon to get a different one? Isn't it 30 days?
