I went into a corporate store today and ordered one. They said the it would ship no later then the 15th just like theyve told everyone else. Just curious if anyone else ordered their storm this weekend and what they were told/ have heard?

i ordered mine on wensday and was told it would ship by the 8th. Called verizon yesterday and they are sticking to that date so who knows

yeah when i went in there the guy that was helping me seemed kinda confused as well. he first told me the 8th then was corrected by what i think was upper management who said the 15th again but then said that was the latest it would ship so im being optimistic and hoping for sooner

Ordered mine on the 25th and was told it would ship no later than the 8th. Called yesterday and they said it would be in my hand via fedex on Tues. Called to verify today and they told me it would ship on the 8th.

the only thing i can think of is that the orders are being moved around from different wearhouses once one wearhouse goes empty and thats where the confusion comes in because the people thats orders get moved are probably getting bumped to the back of teh line. but i have no idea

This might cause more confusion, as it's another date thrown out there, but I ordered mine on the 27th, from the Verizon website. It said it would ship no later than the 11th. I haven't called to check on anything though.

dmac271 -- Orders cannot be moved between Verizon warehouses. Once an order is placed it sits in line (and holds its place in line) and waits for sufficient stock to arrive at the warehouse that serves your area.

I orderer mine on the 25th via phone from Verizon and it shipped out on Saturday the 29th. I should be getting it tomorrow! Woohooo!

I ordered mine in store on the 23rd, and was told it would ship no later than the 15th...then called and was told no later than the 5th. I received my fedex tracking number this afternoon. going to be delivered on tues at 430. Its my feeling that vzw cs doesnt have a clue when these are being shipped, but the phones seem to be going out faster than vzw is projecting.
