I notice the speaker and microphone doesnt seem as clear as cheaper phones. I alo notice the voice commands to my jawbone bluetooth is not as clear as my previous cheap phone.

Any ideas?

mine is the same way the speaker phne is very quiet and the handset has terrible voice quality

I have. My pearl had much better voice quality. Very dissapointng. What are the chances the software upgrade will fix this?
