Does anyone else see a bright spot in the center of there screeb? Just trying to see if I have an excuse to get a new device lol. Got a few scratches and dings that just bug the heck out of me.

Just tell them it is randomly restarting a few times a day. They can't prove you wrong, so they'll replace it. Make sure when they ask that you say its not turning off, just one second its chugging along just fine, then the screen suddenly goes black, a few seconds later the phone starts up like you inserted the battery.
Make sure before you take it in you drop back to the official OS as well. They can't prove nothing is wrong with the phone, and what you describe is a hardware problem, so they replace the phone with no questions asked.
