Anytime I'm on a message board I can read everything just fine. But when I go to click on a textarea to type a response nothing happens. i tried bringing up the keyboard and typing but nothing comes up. anybody else have this problem or know how to fix it?
Are you clicking the screen in the area? Also you can try hovering until that little blue guy comes up inside the box. That usually works for me and then the keyboard should pop up automatically.
Another hint if your having trouble in html browser is to make sure you zoom in closer to the text field. This way when you click to type in the text box, you actually are clicking in the text box and not somewhere just outside of it.

i tried that. zoomed in all the way. still nothing.
if i click on a text box like the title when you're replying to a message the keyboard comes up fine and i can type in it. but if i click on the message nothing happens.
it's the only place i know that has a text area for you to type in. and i've only tried it on one message board. let me try crackberry.com.
I wasn't aware that there were any other websites besides crackberry.com!
LoL
Maybe it was just the site you were on... maybe you are doing something wrong. I'm not quite sure anyone else is having this problem. I'm sure if you go to Verizon they can help you out, unless you have some sort of video of yourself doing this (which I doubt).
Ok one question (not trying to make you seem dumb)... you do know that you have to actually click down on the screen when trying to get in that box right?

I have this same problem when I try to respond to PMs on another forum I visit. I had to turn on javascript to read the messages but I still can't respond to them.
