Are you talking about the 50 dollar rebate from Verizon? If so, you can just log onto Verizons website.

You can log into your blackberry flipswap account and check the status. It should list the trade ins you have and from there you can check the details.

I zapped an email out to flipswap yesterday becasue I found the details confusing. It stated my phone had been inspected, but I never received the E-mail telling me the phone had been received.

Guess I have to wait up to 2 days fro a response

Finally received an email stating that they had received my phone. I'm a little concerned b/c it shows my trade in value less the $50 Graduate promo offer. I sent them an email so we'll see what they say.
