As far as I know, no shipping companies [FedEx being our main company] ships on Sundays.
And to those who ordered it online or through telesales or at the store using direct fulfillment, if you did it early, you will be the lucky few who get it Tomorrow. Honest truth, a large and vast amount of you wont get it until Monday, Tuesday the latest.
so glad i got up 15 minutes earlier this morning at 430am to put in that order! got my tracking number, and it's only 2 hrs and 45 min away!? Will I get it tomorrow???? I hope so. All I can say is I'm relieved that I'm not getting it the 5th!
I ordered mine at 6:00am when Customer Service opened and paid for overnight shipping. Still no tracking number.. Hmmm...
Dont be alarmed, Im pretty sure that CS are backed up as well. You ordered early, so youll get it tomorrow. Most tracking numbers dont really populate or go out until about 6/7PM.

Mine is coming out from a place that is less than 3 hrs away, but I didn't get Saturday shipping online - but it should be here tomorrow?? But it says expected delivery Monday!

Well, I placed my order with telesales at 7:04am CST, and just rec'd my tracking number. After chewing on all my nails, and preparing for a "sorry 'bout your luck" letter, I am relieved.

BTW, I don't know of any courier companies that will deliver on Saturday without being told to do so. It's usually a big upcharge. For your sake, I hope I'm wrong!
Ordered mine via vw.com around 4:45 am and I just got the tracking number. Looks like it is guaranteed, Monday by 3pm. That works for me... I was just glad to finally see the tracking number.
FedEx delivers on weekends in select areas for a service fee. Seems to be between $15 and $20. They do not pick up on saturdays, but they will deliver certain packages already en-route. At least thats how I understand it Cross your fingers for me!!!
Ordered here from oklahoma at about 10:20 AM and have not received tracking number, the rep said it should be here tomorrow most likely, as I did pay for saturday delivery!!!

It seems there is some confusion in various threads about "overnight shipping". Vzn uses this term but it really means that orders are delivered next business day....which in most cases is in fact "overnight".
However, if you order on a friday, you have to specify SATURDAY delivery. There is an extra charge for this ($19 in my case). Fed ex offers Satruday delivery, however, only to certain areas. So it may not be an option in certain zip codes. If you do not specify Saturday delivery, you will get "overnight" delivery which means Monday (if they get your shipment out on Friday or Saturday that is)
