You changed your profile. My sound options is on my homescreen, I open it up scroll down to custom profiles, and change it back. At least, that is how it happened to me before..

I don't think u can retrieve custom contacts (if u have backup seems u cd but i didn't lol). Redo via Contacts or Sounds > Set Contact Alerts.
