    Good product but HORRIBLE support.

    I purchased the Aerize 2008 loader a couple of weeks ago, and during the .114 OS transformation, the serial code got erased. I sent several emails to the address posted on the Aerize site for a new serial code, and I haven't received a response in nearly 4 days.

    Whats up with THAT?

    Aerize has a support forum on CrackBerry. Have you posted your question there? They don't necessarily monitor the general threads.
