Just a quick update. Ive talked to the parents of these guys. And of course they are offering to pay the damages caused if I drop the charges. I look at it like this. Both these guys are in their 20's. Making them grown men. Enough said.

I have purchased phones from Fleabay and had to return them as they were locked.
But so far the sellers made good. Just be sure to do some Due Diligence when buying there.
