i have had my storm for like 4 months now and i like the phone alot but i have always used speaker or bluetooth and few days ago i forgot to bring bluetooth and i picked up phone normal up to the ear and the other person kept complaining she could not hear me or i sounded like i was mumbling and said sounded like u under water.....anyone have this prob? is it phone prob can it be fixed? maybe exchange phone?
The Storm call quality ranges from average to poor unfortunately. Switching to speaker improves it a bit.
yea i just for some weird reoson never used the phone up to my ear and its been so long haha if i would of noticed this back then it might of made me change phone but now im happy with the phone overall but this just bugs me
