I would say that IMO .151 is a lot more compatible, as far as stability goes it is still a little early. If you read the findings thread on 5.0 you will see quite a few compatibility issues, .151 seems to be running fairly smooth. You can always check out the thread, if you like what you see, upgrade and check it out for yourself, you can always go back if you don't like it

5.0 you're gonna lose stability (meaning your shizz will reboot, i had as many as 4 reboots in one day, prolly app triggered, but still)
and you're gonna lose app compatibility. especially a deal breaker if you use any of the social networking or I.M. apps, which i do...so i went back to .148 for now. i'll wait for a later 4.7 leak or for the apps to catch up with 5.0

I would agree with this statement.

5.0.xx builds are the "latest" builds, that contain newest features, however many 3rd party apps/themes are not compatible and some people complain of automatic reboots.

If you want stable, stick with .151 (as I have). If, however, you absolutely have to the have the newest and latest OS out there, then you know what to do...
