If you have any other links feel free to pm me with the link and I will update this. As far as the best radio to use, well each person has had different experiences so your best bet is to find the best one that works for you. It seems like the majority have had luck with .75 and .90.

Also it seems that setting your Network to 2G works to solve some of the edge to EDGE issues for some people.

I have an Verizon unlocked Blackberry Storm 9530. the GSM works with mi carrier but the Verizon Carrier still configured and I cannot get internet connection instead I setup the APN. I'm in an west african country that uses ORANGE.
How can I get a browser configuration service Book to have a GPRS data connection?.

Hi, I have an unlocked storm on T-Mobile, everything works except the incoming MMS resolution is horrible. Very small pics. Is there a custom service book I can download or something to fix this problem? I was able to do something similar w/my iPhone, downloaded a T-Mobile bundle or something like that and the pictures began to come in at full resolution. Already tried following the steps in the link above but nothing has changed.

I just got a unlocked storm 9530. The phone is working but I can't seem to get rid of the previous phone number from displaying in the phone mode. I've tried the normal going through the sim and changing number and restarting the phone numorous times and still shows the previous number. I am a receiving calls without any glitches. I would appreciate any help on this matter, its driving me crazy.

i have a unlocked 9530 verizon storm and have the phone working on the at&t network i did the browser deal and followed all steps and it worked. but i then tryed to boot all my stuff from my old bb curve 8310 and now it doesnt work please help.Thanks

Cal...I was using 5.0.0.140 and never got no circuit but u upgrades to .191 and now am getting no circuit. Which 5.0 started threaded messages and flick scrolling? Radio is good have EDGE all the time.

It is impossable to use tmo's 3G network with a Storm, its a hardware issue, the Storm does not have the hardware to use tmo's 3G frequencies!

Sorry, I have been super busy, didnt mean to ignore you! I am not sure when the threaded texts started, I think .191, as for radio, it varies for device and location, for me the .90 is awesome so are the .230 and .238, I am using .238 right now but I have never had the circuit issue I do have the missed call bug though! Some say the .167 works well maybe you can try that!

im guessing .90 is 4.7 os and so is .167, .167 i guess did not like me...slacker didnt work and when i click Manage Email it goes straight to edge. actually on and OS besides 4.7.0.75 the manage email icon does that. does anybody have the .75 OS link?
