Hi all, I have been lurking on here for a long time but this is my first post. I have had the storm since day 1 and think i got one of the ''good'' ones. I barely had any lag at all and my screen clicked great from the start, but ever since i upgraded to .75 and eventually .76 it has lagged like crazy. Can somebody tell me where I can download the original OS so I can downgrade, TIA.

No I didnt think it was necessary, im gonna downgrade to .65 just to compare the lag and then wipe and upgrade to the official .75

if I were you I would just wipe and install .75

official..

I have made some tweaks and its running like a dream machine..

although mine with a tweaked .65 was really good too but screen rotation is way quicker in .75

you just need to plug into your DM click on the application loader and the update software button.
it lists all versions you have had since you got it.
Mine lists .65, .75. & .76 check it out it should be there

that would work but i just got a new pc last week so it only shows .75 and i wiped the hard drive on my old computer so i could give it to a relative

there has got to be people that have it, a bunch of people downloaded and instaleld it thinking that it was an upgrade cause it was on verizons site.

As far as wiping.. on a new device you dont need to do that.

and "search" upgrade\downgrade forum and will give give you step by step ..... goodluck !

Just a tip for future:
Unless your comp is running low on space, keep at least 2 OS versions on it. That way you can downgrade back to something you could live with.

I have .65, .75 leaked, .75 official and .76 on my laptop. Won't ditch .65 for till the next version is released. The leaked version is fine but can never be too cautious
