Verizon just sent me a new Storm because my screen was not working correctly and now none of my third party applications are working and they tell me me that I have a bad serial number when I try to activate them. Can anyone help me?

If you had to give your PIN when purchasing the 3rd party apps and then were given an activation key, there is a good chance that they activation keys were based on your PIN. You will need to contact the software vendors to get them to send you new activation keys based off of your new PIN for the replacement phone.
Is that what you are referring to or is it that they just don't open up?
