Hey guys and gals, for the second time in two weeks my phone will not turn on. Went to the local Verizon store and it was the battery. Put it on the charger last night, and woke up with a phone that will not turn on again. Pretty sure its the same thing. My question is, what can be causing the batteries to go bad. The first one lasted 3 months but this one has only been used for two weeks

Hardware issue by the sound of it. I would go back and get a replacement phone.

What i was afraid of, my slack a** didnt back up my address book! Hopefully, they will put a new battery in and transfer my contacts
