I get a message that this feature update can not be completed. any clues why? im on OS .83

also I only have Internet Browser as an option, no Blackberry option

If you're dialing #228, that could be the problem. When activating your phone, you need to dial *228 then send.

If you're dialing #228 you should get a recording that your call can't be completed as dialed. If you are in fact doing *228 & pressing option 1, if you have a previous device make sure to turn it off & that you have enough signal strength to complete the call.

*22899 works just the same...no need to hit option 1 or anything else.
