What exactly is it supposed to do? and how do i use it? im still new to this theme stuff since this is my first blackberry

Its a rich content developer for blackberry devices. You can develop websites, etc. You can also create animated homescreens as well, custom icon animations, change 3rd party app icons, sliding docks, jscroll, the list goes on and on. These can be exported as a svg and imported into theme builder for your homescreen or lock screen.
