Since all you silly theme authors leave your theme file name as something like "Untitled5" or something nice and generic, I can never remember who/where i found that particular theme.

Let this be an already-installed theme identifying thread.

For starters, can anyone identify the author and name of the theme i'm currently running? Under options it's simply named leo_scroll_1.14. I would like to contact the creator and ask about updates. Here is a screenshot:
