How to uninstall the calendar appicon ???
I choose to not buy after the trial time, but i still have the calendar_setup icon when using the app switcher.....
It's not in the list of installed apps, so how to get rid of this ???

Im not sure you can remove it as its embedded in the theme.

This is my favorite theme to date by a long shot, but I too am having a hard time with the calender setup. I see no links to purchase it (I have no interest in it but I'd buy it just so that I would not have an icon in the middle of my screen that reads "Expired" in red).

Perhaps I deleted the links by mistake. Any chance of getting the link? Thanks.

If you go to options you should find iCalendar. Click on that and there will be a purchase button. This should take you to a discounted purchase option.
