I apologize if this is breaking the rules but I recommend checking out the icons secion of wincustomize for loads and loads of great icons and icon sets, they are not just microsoft themed icons either, there is all types. Also there is stuff in the objectdock section that could help build some nice boarders and docks for developers too. Just a tip.
