I'm in the middle of making a theme and have just started on the svg part. The images I plan on using for the main dock and how they're arranged, means that the theme_buttons "boxes" overlap.

I assume this means that this will/could cause focus in/activate issues because of the intersecting areas?

Yes you should try not to overlap buttons so there is no confusion when pressed or hovered over. You could put them on different layers so that would not happen though.

Cheers. I've gotten around it actually by resizing the theme button boxes down a lil. Its created a lil more work for me cause I've had to go and resize all the back element focus images.

But putting each button on its own layer is also good. However I'm already struggling to keep a grasp of the code as it is with what I want to do....I have the feeling that putting them all on their own layers is gonna make the code-horse bolt and run away from me.
