    *Go to C drive,->program files->common files->RIM->loader->shared->OS .109.

    *Click on the CDMA folder to get to the .109 radio file. Grab the .90 radio file from the loader files and drag it into the CDMA folder from .109. It will ask you to rewrite, say yes.

    *Do the same with the .109 java files. Take the loader with .113 java files and copy/paste the java files form .113 into the java files for .109. Yes, to rewrite.

    *Same with the mms.cod. In .109 java files, drag the .86 mms.cod loader file into the .109 java folder (which will really have .113 java files in it by now). Yes, to rewrite.

    then...

    Open Desktop Manager
    Click Application Loader
    Click Update
    At this point, disconnect your computer from the internet
    Select the OS
    Do not unplug BB during the process

    It is an ota link you need to click on it with your phones browser or from a pc email the link to your phone andopen it.

    so I went to
    c/program files...etc then when I get into RIM I see
    app loader, not just plain loader, but in app loader there is
    not a shared folder

    It's the file located inside the CDMA folder. It will not be called radio, but it will be the only file in the CDMA folder.
